I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) (#25418) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.

While a large part of my work focuses on disordered eating and body image, my practice extends beyond that. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, sensory processing differences, or feeling stuck or disconnected in your relationship with yourself, therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we make space for the tender, the complex, the unknown, and the hard - always moving at a pace that feels right for you. My practice is trauma‑informed and neuro‑affirming, rooted in the belief that you are human beyond and within any diagnosis or label, and that your lived experience deserves to be met with respect, curiosity, and care.

Your story matters. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re curious about what working together could look like, I offer free 15‑minute virtual consultations so we can connect and explore your questions. Sessions are offered online across British Columbia.
